These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the corporate website and the distribution services provided by LNA Trade and retail sp. z o.o. (the "Company"). By engaging with our services or platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable European and Polish laws.

The Company operates as a high-volume distributor of consumer electronics and home appliances. Our services are provided through a robust internal framework designed to manage large-scale inventory and pan-European logistics. All commercial engagements are subject to specific service-level agreements (SLAs) and internal compliance protocols.

In accordance with Polish law effective 2026, all Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions conducted by the Company are processed through the Krajowy System e-Faktur (KSeF).

• All invoices are issued in a structured XML format and validated by the Ministry of Finance.
• The "Date of Issue" is defined by the timestamp assigned by the KSeF platform.
• B2C transactions remain subject to standard Polish VAT regulations and may be issued outside the KSeF system at the Company's discretion.

While we strive for 100% operational uptime and data accuracy, the Company shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital infrastructure or delays in global supply chain synchronization beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property Notice: All content, trademarks, logos, and digital infrastructure displayed on https://lna-trading.com are the exclusive property of LNA Trade and retail sp. z o.o. unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Corporate Identity: The LNA Trade and retail name, branding, and visual assets.
• Operational Data: Our proprietary internal frameworks, supply chain descriptions, and catalog structures.
• Software & Code: Any custom API connectors or synchronization tools used to maintain our distribution network.

Unauthorized Use: Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of these materials without prior written consent from the Board of Directors is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action under Polish and International copyright laws.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court in Poznań.
